For anyone looking for a safe place to build their career or develop their skills in network operations, this is not the right environment. The lack of psychological safety and the misalignment of rewards make it difficult to thrive here.

      Stay away from this company. Their contracts are never renewed on time and you will be left in the dark without a job or pay. Hr is a joke and the owners are self serving. The turn over rate is high due to poor management. There are better contract companies out there.
