Need to call off sick? Two points Said "bless you" to a coworker while on a dead table? Two points Put your feet on the stool rung instead of letting them dangle? Two points. Family emergency? Want a holiday off? Two points. I cannot explain how toxic of a workplace this job was, and considering the reviews? It still is terrible. The managers play favorites, and some of these dealers are meeting marks at hotels nearby to make "extra". Management hires security for in the building, but just like every other position, it's a constant revolving door. When we mentioned that we wanted security for the parking garage, considering it was an open garage, no badges needed, we got laughed at. The people who run this don't even live in the country, they have no idea how to promote necessary work/life balance, and they're toxic as all hell. Points reset once a year, so God forbid you ask for the AC to be turned on while on an empty table!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll be watched, mocked, criticized and THREATENED. Do yourself a favor and NEVER work here.
