High salary with yearly reviews, ability to WFH or abroad for 3 months, no problems if you need to be offline due to private or family reasons during a day if you going to compensate time later. Good and helpful teammates. Good insurance. Possibility to grow your knowledge, attend a conference. Possibility to join the company in case of successful completion of Scala bootcamp. Very established technology stack. No calls at the night (at least during my career here). Engineering hubs are continuing to open in Europe, which gives a sense that company is growing. Despite of all cons, I find this place good for building and raising your Scala knowledge, and solving a great challenges.
Minpunten
No yearly bonus, somewhat reluctant senior management in questions of improving employees wellbeing. Employee engagement surveys results are not seem to be addressed. Company loses great employees, despite of shouting that it becomes an even better place for work.
