1. No increments, they give various reasons at the time of increment. One will never be reviewed on the basics of work or projects completed and bought to company but will be reviewed on the basis of long hours of working on the same thing again and again and on the basis of working on weekends. 2. No freedom at all, You are not suppose to have breaks entire day. Only 1 hr break is allowed(This does not apply to favourite employees and the smokers ) 3. You are considered bad employee or poor employee if you do not come to office on weekends for the not so prioritiesed work or unplanned or work delayed due to management.(This happens every time as this is the only work culture here. On the name of work people come here on the weekends to party and then those people are the favourite ones and the good employee of the company) 4. These people never plan their work strategies prior. This increases Re-dos and weekend work. Tip: To be a good and favourite employee one should be a smoker, drinker and one should be able to say yes to everything good or bad, wrong or right from the management.

Thank you for your feedback. We have always given freedom to all our employees because we believe that people are at their best when they are trusted and given the freedom to express and implement new ideas and work as per their method as long as its working out. And please note that an official break of 1 hour per day is a standard policy implemented by almost all organisations and I don't see a reason why you are complaining about that. We gauge or measure employee performances only on basis of work output and overall conduct.
