Great hours, weekly pay, monthly employee meals, laid back atmosphere, everyone gets along well and gets their jobs done. I've had some personal things come up and Skyler has been a very understanding supervisor who has worked with me to make sure I'm getting the time off I need to handle my personal business. I'm very grateful for the accomodations Skyler and the company have made for me. One of the best places I've ever worked!

It can get hot in the summer... As long as you stay hydrated and take breaks to cool off in the break room areas your good. Sometimes parking can be rough but they just put in a new parking lot across the street.

Above average welder pay, monthly bonus for quality/effieciency. Work clothing and laundry service provided, yearly boot allowance, growing company. Overtime available, but not required. I have welded for 5 companies in my career and this is a great team to work with.
