- I really enjoyed working with the team, everyone was supportive and collaborative. - The work environment among colleagues was positive and motivating. - I gained valuable experience and skills during my time there.

- Management was often disorganized and communication was poor. - Promises were made about continued work and stability, but these were not honored. - Decisions were sometimes abrupt, creating uncertainty and frustration among employees.
