Gives a lot of freehand to move internally within the organisation. You are free to opt-in the role you want to do. Learned more than I learned in my engineering degree. Gives enough time to freshers for learning the complete process.

Minpunten

Appraisals should be every quarter or at least every 6 months. The other team should also be incentivised like the BD and the marketing team.

Management is sick here. 1. Employees are not allowed to chit-chat with each other. 2. Silly Monday reviews are there, 3. Employees only there for the "Yes & No Sir" puppet. 4. Both brothers are finding ways to destroy the employees' mental health. 5. Appraisals are reviews not of the basis of work but only dependent on "Ji Huzuri." 6. Old employees are used for the personal spying of so-called bosses. Now please join at your own risk.
