Pluspunten

Very team driven. A lot of people to turn to if you have questions. Great place to learn new skills for the 3 software companies they mainly use for their MSP practices (Sophos, Sonicwall, Connectwise)

Minpunten

You are encouraged to double charge clients. If you are on site at one client and take a minute to take care of another client's issues remotely, they want you to do that. You will answer to 10 people above you and every second of your day is micromanaged. Their timesheet software they use is extremely clunky and not use friendly at all. To add time to my timesheet, you will first have to create a ticket. Go to your timesheet calendar, add time to that ticket. Even if it is basic "I am here what is messed up for me to fix" type of visits for contract clients, make a ticket. Very "Always have your phone on you as you are 100% always on call" mentality. I was pulled away into a meeting one day because I didn't answer my phone from my team leader because I was helping my spouse with moving furniture and then was taking a shower. They want you to charge clients more than the allotted monthly hours they pay for. You receive bonuses if you go over hours and can bill for it. Very shady practices. I haven't even been here a month and I am already looking for another job. My morals don't align with how they want you to bill customers.

Pros: Strong leadership that invests in sales infrastructure, clear comp plan with uncapped earning potential, and a culture that rewards performance. Real opportunity to grow in a fast-moving company.

Minpunten

Fast pace isn’t for everyone. You need to be self-motivated and coachable to thrive here.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

There WAS fantastic culture and awesome people in the Phoenix region, we had a very good thing going.

Minpunten

New CEO read a book and destroyed the company. Culture gone, firing or laying off the top performing employees to leave their workload to the bottom 30%. Cornering people into poor positions in order to get out of paying severance and benefits out when they fire you “for cause.” Losing sister company relationships over greed, that paid all the bills. You should have seen my eNPS survey. There are simply not enough words in the dictionary to explain how much of a downward spiral this company is in. Compared to the other 500 MSPs in Arizona, the pay is pretty low. I was making around 25-30% less than the average for my role and responsibilities. You will also get overloaded on tickets if you’re in help desk, to the point you burn out and quit within months. The only reason this isn’t 1 stars across the board is because I love my people in AZ. The list is too long.
