I have been working at Eximius for over 2 years now and love the people and culture. You are given all the guidance and training you need to be successful and grow as a consultant. With new offices opening globally there will be opportunities to move to new locations I would recommend Eximius to anyone looking to move or get into recruitment

Great people, not KPI driven like other rec businesses I have worked in. The management are knowledgeable and happy to share their experiences. They have some very strong relationships in their clients which provide opportunities for less experienced recruiters to leverage.
