No sense of value to the amount of effort needed to keep customers happy and cancelling contracts !! No customer loyalty programme and no numerical incentive for people to care about sales and salesforce. Technology is dated and model for Go To Market defunct in the post financial crisis business landscape. Revenue goals are ridiculously high.
