Sorry to hear about your bad experience. We regularly conduct internal anonymous surveys to get feedback and raise anonymous questions that are answered in the monthly meetings by the CEO. The points you raised were never raised in the open text answers. We can't improve if you don't raise your concerns if not openly then at least anonymously.
