Minpunten

Guys, across the ~10 executive leadership roles and ~15 board seats, there are no longer any women with significant responsibilities. This is concerning, especially for talented women want to work for the company long-term. If there isn’t representation, women will not expect to be promoted, and they’ll leave. It’s pretty obvious.

Know that when we hire, we interview candidates from a range of ethnicities, backgrounds, genders, and more, and we select based on who is most qualified and a good fit for ExtraHop. We're glad there are other components of the company, like remote work and our people, that make you feel happy to be a part of the team.
