Toxic work environment. Yearly employee rankings are totally unfair as there are only so many slots at the top perchance ranking so if you are doing your job well and not doing a TON of work above and beyond, you will rank at the bottom. Also, this particular location caters to workplace bullies. They say a lot of what makes you successful here is having a good attitude, yet promote and hire people in positions of power with terrible attitudes who bully, retaliate against, and micro-aggress their subordinates openly. Management is aware and will protect these people at any cost. My supervisor lied to my face multiple times, management was aware, nothing was done. There is virtually no training. The training I received was centered around learning what the company does, but not exactly what my job entails. So it was trial by fire basically, for a position that can be very intricate as there are many programs they use to be able to do the job, and those programs are always crashing and having issues. This job was extremely stressful because of the pressure of getting orders to customers on time while having zero training and inadequate assistance to learn the job. I have 20+ years of customer service experience and have great computer skills but I struggled to get through the days because it is not a job you can teach yourself. They also hire a lot of contract workers, and would rather have them come and go, no matter how good they are at their jobs (even thought they say it takes a year to learn the job), than extend their contracts and give them any sort of benefits or increased pay. This company is cheap as hell considering it is one of the biggest gas and oil companies on earth. 0/10 would not recommend.

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
