Bureaucratic. Top down driven. Change is slow. Employee ranking system for annual appraisal. Management spending too much time effort n money on driving organIsational changes, running campaigns (presentations n videos saying how IT is important and how each IT personnel can make a difference etc). A lot brilliant ideas for the corporate but less actions put into it. Management will do anything to manage cost. Too many managers in the organisation.
