Pluspunten

- Great if you love to interact with children and help them grow mentally - Pay is decent - Management replies quite quickly if you have any issues - Great for some pocket money

Minpunten

- If you don't have a car, it's a huge time waster trying to get to student's homes. They do try to make it easier for you by allocating students that are within your area but sometimes it's also hard if you live in an area where there are a lot of tutoring centres already - First come first serve basis, if you don't answer a call for a potential student, the student is usually taken by someone else in less than a day - No real benefits compared to other jobs like retail. That being said it's also not a job where you can earn like 200 in a day but that's not really a complaint, it's just a fact.

Flexible, easy and low-effort work. If you study at uni the stuff you teach will be fairly easy. Practice questions are also provided to you.

Minpunten

If you live in a small suburb it may take you months to find a stable student. Communication is non existent between you and Ezy math.

Thanks for your feedback! I 100% agree with you on both points. There should be more active communication with tutors! Currently we are working on several new initiatives to improve communication between Ezy Math and tutors, it will take a few months before these ideas materialize but we are definitely on the case and some big improvements are on the way. In regard to no students in small suburbs, unfortunately we are not in control of where new clients are located. We are always improving the efficiency and fairness of our student allocation processes so I feel that while this is still a problem, it is a decreasing one. Also, in parallel with the initiatives mentioned above, we are launching new strategies for marketing specifically to areas with smaller population densities for tutors in smaller suburbs like yourself.
