The workouts themselves are well-designed, fun, and keep you engaged coaches do a great job keeping the energy up and making sessions feel dynamic.
Minpunten
The ownership's constant push to grow the membership base ended up working against the experience. Classes got so large that it was sometimes impossible to fit everyone in, yet they kept signing up new members. That kind of overcrowding makes it hard to get the most out of your workout — you're navigating space rather than focusing on form and performance. What started as a great atmosphere gradually felt more like a numbers game than a fitness community.
