Product roadmap pretty weak so not exciting work (lots of focus on new acquisitions that haven’t panned out or refreshes). Leadership at team/GM level is hit or miss. Mostly very self assured when not necessarily justified. E.g. confidence not proven out by product CAGR. Culture shifted in bad way with some external hires outside PMM. Lots of preening and toxic behavior. Very limited support for PMM team or function in marketing and product orgs. No new heads, no promotions, no respect. Dont be into F5 for the stock performance. Lots of turnover in PMM for these reasons. Used to be good working with PM and marketing to get stuff accomplished. Now just frustrating with a small number of exceptions.
