Não tem plano de carreira, gestão completamente hostil e despreparada, não dão o mínimo de suporte pra você em qualquer situação que seja, não tem nem se quer uma previsão para plano de carreira ou algo do tipo, times cheios de panelinhas, pessoas que desdenham de você por estar minimamente acima. Salário extremamente baixo para função completamente insalubre.
