Extremely cliquey which also comes from the top, so no chance of this getting resolved any time soon. Hard work unrewarded and unrecognized. No work/life balance. Grey area in between roles with no consistency so you are unsure what is expected of you. Extremely sales focused with delivery getting no look in.
