IT provides a multitude of remote access options to debug and validate remotely. Company culture promotes a good work-life balance. If you are meeting deadlines and satisfying client requests, then you are free to work however you wish. Very high project variety that allows those with a wide array of interests to always be challenged and excited for new projects.
