Be careful, this company makes the full use of the probation to hire and fire. You will be pushed very hard to finish lots of projects and get fired before the probation. It is very dirty and you can do nothing about it.

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal.
Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
