Pluspunten
I was new to customer service as I switched up my career during lockdown and the company were SO welcoming even as a work from home team. My manager saw potential in me that I didn’t even know which helped me develop and grow quickly. I thank him for where I am now. I worked on two campaigns during my time at FM which really helped me grow and understand the customer service world. The L and D team were exceptional and I also had the opportunity to hold a training week over peak period which was another major growth moment for myself. Just a lovely team of people and a fab company! - awards ceremony which is where I met most of my team and I also won an award! Rewarding and motivating.
Minpunten
- the pay (this resulted in me leaving) - the hours (I worked on a campaign with un-sociable hours but I still loved it) - no work benefits (ie perks at work etc)
