FRVR seems to have one business practice and that is throw sh*t at the wall and see what sticks, But not a lot of that actually stuck, instead of looking for a clear path and going on that and structure it in a way that makes sense. Because of that every 5-6 months there's a purge that affects great people and last time I survived the purge, this time after shuffling teams mine was taken out of commission after a month or two cause we weren't needed anymore,
