You cannot afford the insurance. It's over 1000 a month for a family. Also it's extremely easy to get fired. Working too slowly because you're inexperienced you're fired. Working too fast and quality suffers you're fired. All are unexcused absences and if you are absent more than 60 hours in one year no matter what the reason....you guessed it you're fired. They throw away on average 200 to 300 workers a year up to 20 a week when management is jonesing for blood and sadness. Legality is thrown to the wind here just look up the number of lawsuits against this place by former employees.
