No management will take up the responsibilities. Every region works on their own goal and not co-operate. Massive development team in India but useless. Whenever you need them, they are either offline in their working hours or come in very late in their business hour. Philippine team are lack of knowledge to provide the support scope. All these management not care at all.

Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
