Extremely toxic work environment. There is no paid time off, no sick leave, and no benefits offered. As a family-run business, there is no formal HR department, which results in a lack of structure, accountability, and professionalism. I experienced and witnessed inappropriate conduct and questionable business practices with no clear channel for reporting concerns. Run away from any opportunity at factory direct jewelry! It's a dead end and a waste of time.
