Some of the managers were not the best to work with. Their leadership styles were different. Expectations could have been communicated better.

Laid-back environment for the most part

Falcon will absolutely take advantage of you and your time. Only a small number of employees are actually salaried here. There are few perks to being an "employee" (in name only, you will be treated more like contractor). Basically they just get as many people in as they can during "busy-seasons", which are really just the company getting a few big shows they need to staff. Work fizzles out immediately - after they needed you desperately to populate their work-stations for a week or two. Then they forget about you completely until they happen to get more clients in a month or two. At that point they'll frantically ask you to come in and work. But who has time to just sit around with no pay for weeks/months at a time? Unless you're applying for a salary position - Don't waste your time, or they'll be wasting it for you.
