Minpunten
Working for this organization started with hope. The leadership presents themselves well—articulate, charismatic, and seemingly passionate. On the surface, they make you feel supported and inspired. But underneath the polish, I witnessed troubling dynamics that affected both staff morale and the quality of care for the children we serve. As an RBT I felt unequipped by the level of training offered.
There were frequent instances of passive-aggressive comments in staff meetings leaving employees uncomfortable. Constant miscommunication between leaders, and a pattern of ignoring staff feedback—even when it was focused on improving outcomes for the kids. What began as a mission-driven organization now has seemed to shift focus once publicity and funding entered the picture.
Favoritism was clear, and those who questioned practices or advocated for change were subtly pushed out. It wasn’t about collaboration or growth; it became about control and appearance.
There is a clear disconnect between the company’s public image and its internal operations within staff. No promptness when coming with concerns over schools questions, and safety issues. I Felt my BCBA never got back to me in a timely manner with time pressing needs.
