It is awesome to work for a great product that has a great purpose. The family is what will save this world, and that is what this product is all about. I work with amazing talented people.

If you are used to working in a small company this could be difficult. This is a very large organization with alot of people.

If mediocrity and little work are your thing, then this is the place for you! The leadership, if you can call it that, has such rapidly changing goals, they really don't know what they are doing. Invent a problem, and then solve it seems to be their mantra. They have no idea how to develop people or get the most out of people. Just let the herd run wild.
