1. If my own experience is any indication, employees are treated with respect and consideration. 2. They don't play games with you and are straightforward. 3. If you need immigration assistance, this may be one of the better companies to be with. 4. Minimal hierarchy, making it easier to get things done. Less hoops to jump through. 5. Competitive salary and benefits.

1. Not easy to get a raise. They keep a decent margin on billing rates and are not willing to reduce their profit margin. As a result, you end up depending on client to raise your billing rate if you wanted a raise. 2. Not apparently eager to make new clients. They have some big clients and they seem to be content with them.

These are good suggestions. We are continually reviewing our salary review process to reward top performing employees. Fast Switch is expanding nationally with new offices in LA, Hartford CT, Minneapolis, and Phoenix. We expect to open 3 new offices in 2017. Most of our new clients are gained by referral and fortunately these referrals are leading to new clients in new markets- new clients include: Roche, L3 Communications, United Health, and many others.
