The job really doesn't take any brain power. Decent pay. Will work with school schedule (sometimes) It is incredibly difficult to get fired. You would have to actively try to do so.

Minpunten

3 interviews required for even the most basic of jobs (which is inefficient). ZERO training provided Management does not follow through on promises They will not give you pay raises no matter how long you've been there Performance bonuses/perks are misguided Inaccurate measurement metrics used to judge performance Will promise you assistance/promotional opportunities through phrases like "we promote from within," and "we take pride in our training" however, they will not fulfill those promises. No incentives for education/tuition reimbursement/ other programs which promote any intelligence in staffing

Lots of responsibility. Decentralized company, which can work in your favor.

Pay is low based on competitors. Politics, lots of it. Cost-centers everywhere. Everyone has to make money off the branches: the hub, NA, regions, support, etc. Being a GM is probably one of the hardest jobs. Your job on the lean team is to support NA and the branch. It is hard to fully support both at the same time. It is a balancing act that frequently is blamed on you. Frequently, your coworkers just want to put their name on your work and create problems because of their egos.
