Pluspunten
- Generous employee discount and general sale prices on brand products. - Brand attracts lovely clientele, it's customer service so you're still going to encounter a 'karen' once in a blue moon, but for the most part absolutely lovely people to interact with. - Many stores have fostered a supportive and great community amongst the workers. - The instore music play list is actually decent and they frequently completely change it! Only chill songs and nothing that's too catchy that it's embedded in your brain forever. - The stores are very easy access via public transport, I often had field days covering at other stores within and outside of London, all were easy to travel to, with transport and lunch reimbursed.
Minpunten
- Low contract hours for non management positions resulting in having to pick up extra hours if dependant on a living income. - Senior management hardly listens to feedback regarding unique running of the stores, their way or the highway. Not great when all you want is the best for your employees and store performance. - Less chance of progression now compared to when I first started, they would rather externally hire than promote, this has been rather unfruitful and has increased turn over in recent years. - They don't fairly reward hard work across a stores employees, currently offering bonuses via 'competitions' which are only rewarded to management of the selected store with sales reps being offered a CHANCE to be in a raffle for a mediocre prize. One of the most out of touch things I've seen them do recently tbh.
