It's small family environment can sometimes be unique. The product is also unique, so the job security is great is your a hard worker. Also, very diverse, but not on the management level.

Lack of employee training programs. Salaries are low compared to the industry. High Stess! The do more work with less atmosphere creates a highly stressful environment. Your rewarded on how long (in years) you survive with the company rather than quality of work. The drive to make money has changed the company and perspective of its company. If you burn out, which is likely, you will be replaced. Definitely not a fun place to work.
