During this period of growth, we understand that some necessary changes may present challenges for our team members. We want to assure you that we recognize and value your experience and your feedback as we navigate through these transitions together for our collective growth and success.
Our People Ops team is always focused on providing a total package (inclusive of benefits, compensation and experience) that meets the needs of our team members. To do this, an annual internal Benefits Survey and other internal surveys are conducted. In the last 6 months, we have modified our benefits offering including expanding our offering to include paid family medical leave for up to 12 weeks. Additionally, Fearless pays an average of 80% of the cost of medical insurance for our team members and offers dental, vision, and short-term disability at no cost.
