Minpunten
Downsides are that after 5 years, you no longer get a raise. Hours at work can vary and sometimes you may not get a lot of hours within a month. Packages aren’t always light and are expected to lift up to 150 pounds (Some packages go over 150 which is against shipping rules). Working at a warehouse is exhausting and depending on your location, it can be either extremely cold or hot in the warehouse. Lastly, the surrounds of employees can be negative. Almost every week there is drama, arguments, and complaints.
