They cancelled a big employee meeting due to Covid but are still promoting a huge company wide party in the fall where people get plastered. Everyone knows it’s because they don’t want to answer work from home questions. *No work from home *Living in town is a penalty and you’re ALWAYS expected at the office *very cult-like *The newer generation of management is people who lived life “right” and looks down on anyone from a different background - this alone is going to cause the company to crash and burn *”If Federated cared about anyone here, we wouldn’t be in the office” direct quote from a manager *No consistency in Covid protocols and have stopped listening to the CDC now that it doesn’t fit their agenda *Plan to be blacklisted and never find another internal position if you are vocal about your disagreements with management * Very conservative * Gave us casual Fridays to try and stop the amount of people leaving the company. Was told by manager we HAVE to wear jeans to make senior leadership happy
