      Pluspunten

      Management really helps you when needed. Tips are really good and our gas fee covers all gas used on deliveries! Can either schedule a shift, pickup a block or check in randomly. Good job if you want freedom to decide when to work. We also get tips paid daily which is a huge benefit which adds to the flexibility.

      Minpunten

      Sometimes we have to wait at restaurants for the food but thats about it.

      They really care about their people. We get an awesome gas fee, a great share of the delivery fee and 100% of the tips. The dispatchers really help us with the customers. Its obviously that they really care about their employees

      They definitely need more drivers.

      Exceptional management, my manager went above and beyond to care about my well being and personal/school life to ensure I was happy. Received 10% off on car repairs at a local shop. Fetcher of the Month/Chee Captain: rewards for a job well done. Flexible work hours; worked with me around school schedule or personal life. As long as you do your job well and show up on time, they were exceptionally pleased.

      Sometimes you get an order right at the end of your shift, but it would be the same as working at a store--you don't turn away a customer just because it's almost time for the store to close. You just have to factor that into your personal plans or when you give management your availability.
