Minpunten
A lot of micromanagement, even though you have daily meetings, fill things in their own "Jira", message management every 15 minutes (because they will ask you constantly), they still have no clue what you are doing, barely any coding good practice throughout every single project, a lot of titles thrown around with "Senior" and "Architects" but no one really knows or talk anything about System Designs or how to scale a project, there is not a single document, management doesn't care about good code, a lot of AI generated code and the standard is really low, as long as its going to production they don't care if it comes back and it is a mess to fix later, QA doesn't really have standard practice with how they test anything. Payment is the same as Brazilian. You don't really have any sort of right path for getting promotions or pay bumps.
