Paid lunches a decent perk but honestly probably something geared towards keeping employees in the office as opposed to a kind gesture

Where to start Fieldpulse doesn’t assign territories but instead you’re provided with “leads”. These leads constitute simply a name of a business because generally everything else provided is completely wrong including at times the business names . Very little support from management when their highly scripted process doesn’t get results. Management can be extremely unprofessional in their communication as well as sometimes flat out lying. Success is more closely aligned with luck of the draw as opposed to a product of productivity and execution. Market is very saturated with products and Fieldpulse lacks technical functionalities that really differentiate them in the market. Resources dedicated to getting customers off to a successful start are severely limited. Benefits, 401K, PTO are absolutely bottom of the barrel horrible. Complete sweat shop were you more of a telemarketer instead of an account executive. Frankly not a gig worth taking in any circumstance your time is better spent being an bdr at a more established company. Business outlook not great

- Great leadership - Family like culture - Free lunches - Commission structure that actually benefits the reps - Competitive culture driving the best out of you - Good benefits (401k, insurance, etc.) - Sells to an industry with an actual need - Company is constantly growing opening up opportunity for everybody - If you work hard management gets you what you deserve - Work from home 1-2 days a week - I don't dread going into work everyday

- The cons are traditional sales role cons. But ultimately those come with every sales role so no point in complaining about it. Its what you sign up for!

The culture here is infectious – and I don't say that lightly. I was fully remote for over 10 years before FieldPulse, and now I choose to come into the office every day. That should tell you everything. The connections with the team, the momentum, the sheer amount you can get done when you're surrounded by people who genuinely care – it all compounds. Leadership is accessible and actually invested in the people, not just the numbers. Our CEO Gabe sets that tone from the top – he cares deeply about customers and he cares about his team. HR and leadership across the board deserve recognition for building a culture where teammates show up for each other. Everything we do is centered on our customers, and the rest exists to make that happen. It's not a talking point – you feel it every day

The honest answer is startup growing pains. The pace of change is fast – really fast – and keeping culture fully aligned during a period of serious growth is a real challenge. None of this is unusual for a company at this stage, but it's worth calling out. If you thrive in environments where things move quickly and aren't perfectly polished yet, you'll love it here. If you need everything buttoned up on day one, it might feel like a lot
