Not only are you a sales agent but you have to do clean up to the office. There is no room to grow, it's just a job, not a career. They pay you minimum wage and falsely promise to make huge commissions. Thats a lie, you make commissions depending on how much broker fee you charge the client. So you really have to screw the clients to make a decent commission pay. They they penalize you for any little mistake you make on the paperwork. The only one that wins is the owner of the franchise. It was a dead end boring job with no future.
