Do not relocate for this company. Many people have relocated only to be let go within the first year of working here. We are consistently shrinking and are not able to replace at the rate that people are quitting/being fired. Your position here no matter what department is constantly threatened for termination or you’re worried that you’ll be fired for a small human error that gets blown out of proportion. I have watched entire teams be dissolved within a day or employees be terminated because they are not liked by upper management. The CEO publicly berates any and all employees and upper management is so afraid of him that they will either throw employees under the bus for their own mistakes or allow them to be terminated in order to save their own jobs. The CEO is also involved in ALL the departments and ALL decisions need to be signed off or approved by him. This is not only time consuming but makes departments that are not in his wheelhouse be forced to experiment with his ideas. The justification for implementing these ideas are typically just because he said so. We are also not allowed to DM so that he can see any and all communication for every department and he’s not afraid to call you out or publicly shame you for how you asked a question. Overall, my experience here has been extremely toxic and you should seriously consider other options before working here.

One of the biggest advantages of working here is the company’s commitment to maintaining and continuously improving its platform. The engineering team is highly responsive, consistently enhancing functionality, introducing new features, and resolving issues quickly to ensure a smooth experience for both employees and customers. The company also offers comprehensive benefits and decent PTO.

Minpunten

The biggest challenge I experienced was a lack of effective management and leadership support. Managers often appeared to have little authority to advocate for their teams or influence decisions that directly affected employees. It was common to hear that concerns were understood and even agreed with, but that nothing could be done because decisions had already been made at higher levels. Over time, this created an environment where employees felt unsupported and disconnected from the decision-making process. Leadership communication and organizational priorities often seemed to be driven by the preferences and mood of a single influential individual, whose presence extended across nearly every required communication channel. This made the work environment feel unpredictable and contributed to low morale. Ultimately, I chose to leave because I felt I lacked the guidance, advocacy, and leadership support needed to be successful and continue growing within the organization.
