The leadership team, including myself, has genuine concern for employees, partners, clients and customers alike. Continuous improvement is a serious part of FinFit culture. This is a true fintech company. If it is broke or sub-optimal today, there is a good chance it will be fixed or improved tomorrow.

Past Glassdoor reviews allude to problems in IT, etc. This is primarily due to leadership turnover 2015-2018. Like many startups, FinFit has come a long way in a short period of time. That said, if you are looking for a 9-5 job where you can relax at work, this is not it!
