The leadership team, including myself, has genuine concern for employees, partners, clients and customers alike. We are investing heavily in technology to improve the financial wellness value offering and reduce friction in all layers of the customer experience. Continuous improvement is a serious part of FinFit culture. This is a true fintech company. If it is broke or sub-optimal today, there is a good chance it will be fixed or improved tomorrow.

Past Glassdoor reviews allude to problems in IT, etc. This is primarily due to leadership turnover 2015-2018. Like many startups, FinFit has come a long way in a short period of time. That said, if you are looking for a 9-5 job where you can relax at work, this is not it!
