Team members are not evaluated based on performance, but rather on personal preferences and connections. In my case, I was forced to resign without any performance issues, and responsibilities were unfairly pinned on me for mistakes I did not make. It became clear that certain decisions were made to make room for someone the manager preferred, regardless of fairness or team morale. Constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor acted upon, and many talented employees have quietly left or been pushed out due to the toxic dynamics. It’s a disappointing culture that discourages growth and fairness.
