Thank you for taking the time to describe the experience you've had and the process you went through with the party claiming to be us.
For some time now, we have become aware that certain parties are making unauthorised use of our company's identity, name and logo - mainly to offer work-at-home opportunities. We'd like to clarify that we have no such positions available.
Also, we never conduct recruitment activities, make job offers or ask for a potential recruit's personal details in a completely online setting, including the use of Hangouts or any chat platforms. We also do not recruit from America. Our recruitment process involves mandatory face-to-face meetings, so it is very clear the organization you describe in your review is not us, but someone claiming to be us.

If we find after checking that the individual indeed works for us, we will get that individual to follow up properly with you.
If our checks reveal no such individual working for us, we will inform you too so that you can be on your guard, as you may unfortunately have been dealing with unauthorised users of our company's identity. We have received several enquiries to check, and we have verified in all cases that the they have indeed not been dealing with us but with unauthorised users of our company's identity.
We are happy you have been very vigilant. We take this opportunity to ask all to be on their guard against parties who impersonate us.
