- Small and growing team, which translated to a friendly feeling in the office - Everyone seemed invested in growing both their own skillsets and that of the company as a whole - The costumer was respected and the information I was asked to research had to be factual and helpful to people using our site. Felt ethical and productive - Located very centrally in London, so really easy to explore the city after work - I was encouraged to take my vacation days and take care of my mental health - I learned a wide set of skills. Everyone in the office was open to talking about their specialisation and showing me the tools they used

- The broad variety of subjects covered by Finder means that it can sometimes be difficult to ensure you have all of the information needed to properly cover a subject. (That said, it leads to learning lots of new things.)

I know this can be a steep learning curve when you join the crew as there’s a lot to get your head around, but I am glad you enjoyed the challenge and reaped the benefit of it. Our People & Culture team work hard to make sure our benefits are meeting the needs of our crew, and that extends from our mental health support through to our office experience.
