Minpunten
Be very careful with this organization. Leadership here is fake, manipulative, and leaders will climb to the top at the expense of others (then are praised by the CEO for it). Multiple VP’s will stab you in the back so quickly to make themselves look better in the eyes of the CEO, who would just as quickly throw them away if they took a dip in performance.
The CEO claims he wants to hear feedback from the team about turnover, but his actions don’t align with his words. He’s quick to let people quit or be fired, but loves saying “I hate the turnover here, we need to do something about the turnover”.
The onboarding process is short and rushed, and they’re quick to let someone leave, just as quick as they bring someone onboard. The turnover here is the highest I’ve ever seen in my career.
