This is genuinely the best job I have ever had. From the very beginning, the hiring process was wonderful, and it only got better from there. Honestly, I do not have any negative things to say. Because there are so many creative opportunities and growth happening, it can occasionally get busy and fast-paced, but the team always supports each other.

Conflicting messages from management, the CEO's way or the highway, poor management, company caters to production workers, no interest or budget to invest in tools to help support functions do their jobs better. Employee favoritism, "office" not a conducive working environment, on-boarding needs major work and accusatory management. Leadership team almost cult-like. Company claims to be so family friendly. In reality, it's not. Low pay
