      I see absolutely no pros.

      Minpunten

      - Completely unprofessional work environment and poor management - No training was provided after I was hired - Workload was unfair — I took the majority of calls and tickets while others avoided them without accountability - Was fired after using available PTO; I submitted a vaild request, and instead of a conversation, management got upset and I was called in an hour before closing and terminated -Lack of support, poor communication, and clear favoritism

      Absolutely no pros to this place

      Fired for trying to use pto. Work balance isn't there. You'll end up taking all the calls and tickets because the project managers are "too busy", and the rest of the analysts refuse to take calls and tickets. Any issues addressed to the boss is ignored and or treated like its your fault. Good luck working from home, half the time it wasn't approved until the morning of, so you'd have no idea if you worked in the building or worked from home until 8am (the time you're supposed to work). If you work overtime, you don't see a penny for it, there no extra pay, and there's no specials if you stay past 5. (No coming in later/leaving early).
