You had other co-workers and contractors in company that commiserated with you. Under some circumstances, (like Hurricane Sandy or severe weather), you can work remotely. You'll have a different experience of the place depending on which team you'll get placed in, so you might have some luck.

Management does not know how to lead teams because they themselves do not know what they're doing; team reps are left to work and learn system on their own. You have to understand the work from the employees that have been there 5+ years, but everyone is inundated with their work, its difficult for them to find time to train others. High turnover, understaffed, work nepotism. Will keep new employees under long "probationary" period to avoid giving benefits. Will keep churning work for clients that have not paid company, at the expense of contractor. Job does not provide references, only confirmation of employment. No room for upward movement, lots of lateral movement among employees.
